Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase student interest in the game of Volleyball among female students in class XI TEI B SMK NEGERI 5 SURAKARTA. Method Research is descriptive, because it describes how a learning technique is applied and how the desired results can be achieved. The research subjects were 32 students in class XI TEI B SMK NEGERI 5 SURAKARTA. Data analysis technique using the percentage of completion achievement. Results obtained forthe value precycle lowest 44.12%, highest value77.77, average result 51.26%. For cycle 1 thelowest value was 59.25, the highest value was 85.18, the average result was 72.73. For cycle 2the lowest value was 62.96, the highest value was 92.59, the average result was81.68. The increase between cycles is in pre-cycle to cycle 1 is 21.47%, pre-cycle to cycle 2 is 36.42% and cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 12.30%. Student completion in the pre-cycle was 2.78% with 1 student,cycle 1 was 33.33% with 12 students and cycle 2 was 80.55% with 29 students. Overall the results of the research that has been carried out are based on student completion results, namely80.55% with 29 students with good criteria.
